Can I keep my existing HVAC service provider?

Yes. If you already work with an HVAC service company you trust, we are happy to continue working with them. There is no requirement to change providers. If you ever want help identifying new service partners, we can assist with that as well, but maintaining your current relationships is always an option.

What are your contract terms?

Our agreements are typically one year in length. They are designed to be straightforward and fair, giving both parties flexibility while maintaining clear expectations around service delivery.

What is the process for getting started?

We begin with a discovery call to understand your facilities, equipment, and service goals. Using that information, we develop a customized service plan and pricing proposal. This ensures everything is aligned before service begins.

Do you offer a flat-rate pricing model?

Yes. After completing an initial review of your preventive maintenance and historical repair spend, we create a flat-rate pricing structure. This model provides cost predictability and is designed to be more efficient and cost-effective than traditional reactive service approaches.
